Shipping policy

Shipping Info- Orders usually ship out the same or next business day. Most orders will be shipped with Priority or First Class USPS Mail and sometimes UPS depending on the type of order. It is our calling to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Returns of crystals are not accepted due to the unique and fragile nature of our items. Should we make an exception, a 25% restocking fee shall be applied.
